Stephanie Cardoso is a movement coach based in Lisbon with a passion for the transformative power of conscious, intentional movement. Her practice bridges disciplines — blending the fluid three-dimensional vocabulary of Gyrotonic with the precision of Barre and the core intelligence of Reformer Pilates.
As Barre Team Leader at Club 7 Portugal and Barre & Reformer Head Coach at The Kynd Space, Stephanie brings her depth of knowledge and warmth to every class. Her primary calling, however, is Gyrotonic — a method she teaches at Studio Circular and Equilibrium Lisboa, working with clients who seek something beyond conventional exercise.
Whether you are recovering from an injury, deepening an existing movement practice, or discovering your body for the first time, Stephanie meets you exactly where you are.
What is Gyrotonic®?
Developed by Juliu Horvath, the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® is a movement method that draws from yoga, swimming, dance, and tai chi. Using specialized equipment with weighted pulleys and rotating discs, it guides the body through fluid, spiraling sequences that defy the constraints of conventional training.
The result is a practice that is at once deeply physical and profoundly meditative — one that leaves you feeling taller, more open, and more alive in your body.
